These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the Lavina (a brand of Mega Food Industries and Products Exports LLC) website located at www.lavina.jo and any associated sites (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of Mega Food Industries and Products Exports LLC, a company registered and operating under the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with its registered brand Lavina, headquartered at Al Muwaqar Industrial Estate, PO Box 50, Amman 16310 Jordan. 

For orders delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, handling and logistics are managed by: 
Distribution Experts, Salman Al-Farisi, Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, Al-Nahda, Salman Al-Farisi. 

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Site. 

BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE. 

Lavina reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for any changes. Continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to the latest Terms of Use. As long as you comply with these Terms, Lavina grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to access and use the Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 

For Saudi Arabia orders, these Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126). Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Riyadh, KSA.
