Cancellation Policy – Saudi Arabia

At Lavina, we understand that circumstances may change. To ensure clarity and fairness, this Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed for delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.

To request cancellation, contact our customer service team by emailing lavina@megafood.jo or calling our KSA customer service at +966 591578576, quoting your order number.

If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within up to 14 days, as required under Saudi e-commerce regulations.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

For shipped items, please refer to our KSA Return & Refund Policy for applicable return procedures.

3. Customized or Personalized Orders

Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has started.

If you need to modify or cancel such an order, contact us immediately. While we will try to assist, changes may not be possible.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within up to 14 days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the order is canceled before shipment.

For card payments, bank processing times may vary.

5. How to Request a Cancellation

Email lavina@megafood.jo with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Our team will confirm if cancellation is possible and process the request.
