All retail orders are shipped by the next working day through a local land courier.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above 400 SAR (after discounts, if applicable).
Standard Shipping Fee
For orders below 400 SAR, a flat shipping fee of 29 SAR applies.
Customs & Taxes
All prices displayed on our Site for Saudi Arabia include applicable VAT.
If any additional customs duties, clearance fees, or other charges are imposed by government authorities, these will be the responsibility of the customer.
Delays in Delivery
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, weather conditions, or force majeure events).
If a delay occurs, we will notify you promptly with an updated estimated delivery date.
In the event of an extended delay, you may contact our customer support team to discuss possible solutions in accordance with Saudi e-commerce regulations.
Order Inspection Upon Delivery
You must inspect your order in the presence of the delivery agent.
If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, you should refuse delivery and request the courier to file a damage report.
Once you accept the package without noting any damage, it will be deemed received in good condition.
