Refund & Return Policy – Saudi Arabia 

Effective for orders delivered within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

General Policy 
We aim to provide you with the highest quality tea products. Due to the nature of food products, returns and refunds are subject to the terms below, in line with Saudi e-commerce and consumer protection regulations. 

Return & Refund Eligibility 

Perishable Goods: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any tea products or other consumables once the packaging has been opened, unsealed, or damaged after delivery. 

Unopened Items: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original, unopened, undamaged packaging and in re-saleable condition. 

Non-Food Items: Accessories or non-consumable items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and undamaged. 

Defective or Wrong Items 

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service and providing photographic evidence. 

You must inspect the package in the presence of the delivery agent. If damage is visible, you should refuse the shipment and request the courier to file a damage report. 

If you accept the delivery without noting the damage, it will be deemed as received in good condition. 

Process for Returns 

Contact our customer service at +966 591578576 or lavina@megafood.jo to initiate a return request. 

Provide your Order Code, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. 

Once approved, the item must be shipped back to:

Shipping Costs 

For non-defective items, the customer bears the return shipping costs. 

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping charges. 

Refunds 

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product. 

Refunds will be made via the original payment method only. 

Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where legally required. 

Non-Returnable Situations 
We cannot accept returns in the following cases: 

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. 

Items returned without their original packaging or missing parts. 

Products returned after the allowed time frame. 

Any food products with broken seals for health and hygiene reasons.
